Congratulations to Claire and Julia, our two young volunteers, shown here with two generous Tennesse Tourists.

Claire and Julia raised over $320. at the Amnesty International People Helping People Bazaar on May 1st at the Frontenac Mall and $450. on May 16 at the Kingston Antique Market.

Way to go, girls!

• A healtfelt thank you to Robin Field and Betty Montgomery who helped raise over $1,000. at the Needlecraft Fair held at Crossroads United church on May 1.

• Congratulations to Lana Greer and Jurate Kaminskas, winners of the $25. gift certificates.

Most importantly, a sincere Thank you to all who continue to support the work of Dr. Jack in Kolkatta.

• We invite you to visit our booth behind City Hall every Sunday, weather permitting.

In 2008, thanks to your support Calcutta Rescue Canada raised over $30,000.

The Third Annual Bazaar in December 2009 was a great success.

On behalf of Dr. Jack and of all the staff and volunteers of Calcutta Rescue in Kolkata, we would like to sincerely thank all those who helped make our Third Annual  Bazaar event a success, including our enthusiastic volunteers and, of course, all those who supported the event by choosing some of their Christmas presents from our large choice of beautiful items. We would also like to thank those who have contributed generously in the last year with tax-deductible donations,. A special Thank you goes to Weais  and Ali Afzal, owners of Curry Original (www.curryoriginal.ca) for their continued support.
